As the Joomla ACL is not very flexible (in my opinion), Project Fork has it's own - almost independant from the Joomla core. The system should be quite easy to understand although it offers complex Rights-Management. Before users can start working with Project Fork, you must import them from Joomla to get them a valid account and suitable usertype. Furthermore you'll have to assign them to at least one usergroup, so they can obtain rights and permission for each area in Project Fork. Note that imported users must be at least member of one group before they can access Project Fork! Guests or visitors never have access to Project Fork. |
